Warranty Policy

All products from Forcetek Data, Inc. carry 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If the buyer can't present the proof of purchase upon the request, we reserve the right to reject the warranty service.

What is limited warranty:

The following product conditions are not covered by our warranty service:

• A product is damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation.

• Any damage is not caused by manufacturing defects.

• Product used in any unsuitable environment.

• Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by us.
